Abandoned Merchandise Policy

15 Days: Customer will be notified via phone and email regarding their unclaimed merchandise.
30 Days: A second notification will be sent, informing the customer they have 60 days left to pick up their order.
45 Days: A follow-up notification will be sent as a reminder.
60 Days: The order will be taken off the shelves.
