Order Pickup Options

In Store Pickup – Stephenville

Once you place your order, you will receive an “order confirmation” email, you get one of these anytime you place an order. Do NOT mistake this email with the “your order is ready to pick up” email, this will be sent once your order is processed by us. You WILL NEED this “your order is ready to pick up” email, and a Student ID in order to pick up your order.

Courier – FTW or Waco

Courier packages are shipped on Tuesday and Thursday morning ONLY. In order to plan out when you want your package to get there follow this guide:

• If you place your order on a Wednesday-Sunday, it will most likely arrive on Tuesday.
• If you place your order on a Monday-Tuesday, it will most likely arrive on Thursday.

IMPORTANT  Once you place your order, you will receive an “order conformation” email, you get one of these anytime you place an order. Do NOT mistake this order confirmation email with the “your order is ready to pick up” email, this will be sent once your order is processed by us. Once you receive the “your order is ready to pick up email,” please wait until the next Courier day to pick up your order. If you are unsure if it should be there or not call before you go! You MUST have a Student ID to pick up.

(For example: If you placed an order on Saturday, you will receive your “order confirmation” email on Saturday. We will then process your order on Monday, meaning you will receive the “your order is ready to pick up” email. Your package will then be delivered to your desired campus on Tuesday, NOT Monday.)
